Activity of National Power Committee Division
- CE NPC is the Member Secretary of NPC and the Division act as NPC Secretariat.
- To resolve issue among Regional Power Committees (RPCs) and to bring uniformity among RPCs by following the best practices of RPC at pan India level.
- To discuss and resolve issues referred to NPC requiring consultation among one or more RPCs, issues having inter-regional implication or any other issues affecting more than one region or all regions.
- To Analysis and monitoring of grid disturbances on regional/national basis.
- Portal for Utilisation of Surplus Power (PUShP portal): Temporary re-allocation of Power of Central Generating Stations for short term on PUShP portal and to resolve the implementation issues related to PUShP portal.
