Brief Description of Functionality
- To ensure overall administrative functions of CEA i.e Overseeing Conduct Rules, Transfer/posting, Administrative RTI & Grievances, Estate matters and Disciplinary action/findings from the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) report; Civil & Electrical maintenance and other services in CEA offices at Sewa Bhawan, West Block (R.K.Puram) and NRPC Building, Katwaria Sarai; procurement & maintenance of Staff & hired vehicles for use of CEA officers, ticketing & other logistics for travel of CEA officers, and logistic support in holding various meetings of CEA.
- Preparation of the Annual budget for HQ and Sub-offices, Budget Reappropriations, disbursement of all bills/claims. Handling of legal/court cases related to pensioner’s matters.
- Matters related to holding meetings of Authority, follow-up of directions of Authority (CEA), follow-up of directions of authority, and other related matters.
