- (iii). CEA (Flexible Operation of Coal based Thermal Power Generating Units) Regulations.
- Advice to Electricity Regulatory Commissions/Power Generating Utilities on Technical Matters.
- Preparation of Standard Technical Specifications for Thermal Power Stations.
- Co-firing of biomass pellets in Thermal Power Plants (TPPs) related matters.
- Safety related matters under CEA (Safety Requirements for Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Plants & Electric Lines) Regulations, 2011 as amended.
