Activity of Renewable Project Monitoring Division

1.  Monitoring the status and preparation of reports of all the RE projects including Energy Storage projects (excluding Pump Storage Projects (PSPs)).
2.  Monitoring of state/ UT wise generation from Renewable Energy (RE) sources on daily & Monthly Basis.
3.   Designated as Nodal Division for Co-ordination of RE related matters with MNRE and other agencies/ utilities.
4.   Compilation of plant-wise details of installed capacity of RE projects.
5.   Works related to RPO(renewable purchase obligation) and state-wise RE plans
6.    Handling of activities related to E-gen Portal.
7.    Coordination of operational and commercial matters related to Renewable Energy Generation.
