4. Matters on: MNRE, Franchisee, training policy on HRD of DISCOMs, BIS/CBIP, RTI/Parliament/Grievances, ISO, Rajysabha etc.
5. Matters related to Power Quality, Disaster Management.
6. Designing and Standardizing toolkit for DISCOM staff.
7. Matters on BIS/CBIP, RTI/ Parliament/ Grievance, ISO, Rajyasabha etc.
8. Development of UPADHI portal to monitor the implementation of the Electricity (Rights of Consumers) Rules, 2020 and its Amendments
9. Development of DRIPS (Disaster Resource Inventory for the Indian Power Sector) portal to have an electronic inventory of disaster resources for the Power Sector
10. Guidelines to bring Uniformity in Reliability Indices across Power Distribution in the country.
