1. Matters related to CEA (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 and their subsequent amendments.
2. Matters pertaining to rules and policies of Ministry of Power in distribution sector including Electricity (Rights of Consumers) Rules, 2020 and their subsequent amendments.
3. Matters pertaining to IMCT (Inter-Ministerial Central Team) and PDNA (Post-Disaster Needs Assessment).
4. Matters pertaining to the Disaster Resources Inventory for Power Sector (DRIPS) portal and Upbhokta Adhikar (UPADHI) portal.
5. Nodal Agency for distribution projects under the National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) and monitoring of Prime Minister’s Development Package (PMDP) 2015.
6. Matters related to distribution schemes viz. DDUGJY / IPDS / SAUBHAGYA.
7. Technical Committees of BIS.
8. Preparation of material/replies to Parliament Questions, VIP references, Standing Committees, legal references, writ petitions, and grievances/complaints, etc.
9. Matters related to Net metering, Green Energy Open Access, data collected for Distribution Sector etc.
