1. Monitoring of progress of construction/erection activities of the Thermal Power Projects in the country till Commissioning of the Units on monthly/ Quarterly basis.
2. Preparing reports regarding time and cost overrun of thermal projects.
3. Periodic review meetings with project authorities, executing agencies, equipment suppliers etc.
4. Monitoring of progress(financial progress/ CAPEX) of National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) projects which are State's projects in thermal sector on monthly basis.
5. Monitoring of progress of stressed/on-hold Thermal Power Projects on monthly basis.
6. Maintaining PROPMT Portal to facilitate up-to-date status and analysis of under construction thermal power projects.
