- ISO 9001:2008 Quality System certification for CEA
For improving the quality of output and competency of the personnel of CEA, the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2008 has been adopted by CEA since February 2010. Monthly, quarterly and half yearly Review meetings are prescribed in the Quality Manual on QMS are held in time in various divisions / wings at the level of Chief Engineers, Members and Chairperson (CEA). The BIS conducts surveillance audit once in a year for all wings for continuance of ISO certification.
